These recipes are perfect for those wanting to try new proteins. They have the same familiar flavors you love but the proteins (usually for animals) have been replaced with plant-based substitutes. These include proteins like seitan, tofu, tempeh, textured vegetable protein (TVP), and store-bought plant-based foods (Boca, Gardein, Beleaf, Morning Star, etc.).
