As a chef, home-cook, and former restaurant owner, I will share current research in food sciences, tips on creating “food-fuel” meals, and fabulous recipes! I am a firm believe in creating a diet that works for YOU! We are all different, so what we NEED is different. I will mostly include VEGAN recipe indexes that are in line with sustainable and health-related philosophies. In others words, plant-based diets with attention to sustainability, whole foods, healthy eating, and, of course, food allergies. However, I am an a pro at grillin’ & smokin’ and creating unique adult beverages…you won’t get bored!
