Keepin’ Fit Over 50

Actually, “keepin’ it fit” at any age is hard…it’s just harder when you get older. It seems like you have to work harder to get the same results you did 10, 15, 20 years ago. And, you might not be quite as flexible or strong or have the same endurance. But, that doesn’t mean you give up; you just work out smarter!
